Vaccination

If it is not vaccinated, your cat runs the risk of contracting one or more of several serious (often fatal) diseases, which include:-

 

 

At about nine weeks, a course of two vaccinations is given.  Annual boosters are recommended to maintain immunity.

Kittens should be vaccinated first at around nine weeks of age.  It is important that a second dose is given at twelve weeks.  A booster vaccination one year on will help to maintain immunity..

Giving your cat regular boosters will help maintain immunity - your vet will advise on these Also remember to regularly de-flea and de-worm your cat, again, your vet will advise.
